Description

An architectural jewel in the heart of the lake District, Blackwell was built between 1898 & 1900 and is considered to beone of Britains finest houses from the turn of the century. One of the most important examples of Arts and Craft architecture.

Open 18 January - 31 December 2008
The house is open 7 days a week from 10.30am - 5.00pm.
(closing at 4pm February, March, November and December)
CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY & BOXING DAY
