Bluetree Coaching AwardsCoaching Success Under The Bluetree! Bluetree Development and Learning has delivered its first iteration of the Level 5 Award in Coaching Practice. The programme was one of the first in the Country. The new Chartered Management Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring qualifications were officially launched on the 1st September 2008. On the 2nd September Bluetree launched its Award in Coaching with 4 delegates being registered for a pilot programme.The programme was a combination of three training days, actual coaching with peers on the course, teleconferences and a learning log. The delegates looked at:-
"The help and flexible support I received, maintained my motivation, added further knowledge and ensured I achieved accreditation with the Association for Coaching" - John Delegates on the programme were assessed on their coaching and given specific feedback and completed a 3000 word assignment which tested their application of their knowledge. "The whole process was so relaxed and interesting that it really did not feel like work! I learned a tremendous amount about management coaching, which will be very useful in my life as a Business Link Northwest Broker" - Sarah "The bluetree programme allowed us to explore the broader issues involved in introducing coaching into organisations as well as developing our own practice. As a result of participating on this programme I feel that I have a deeper appreciation of how to make coaching a more effective tool. Simon created a very stimulating and enjoyable learning environment" - Sulwen Bluetree specialises in 'evoking excellence' and will be running more coaching programmes in the Autumn of 2009, possibly the new level 7 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring and another Level 5 Award in Coaching.
