Description Broughton Drama Group Presents Robin Hood and the Singing Nun Your Guide 2 Events in the Lake District and Cumbria   Broughton Drama Group presents Robin Hood and the Singing Nun by Stuart Ardern at Victory Hall, Broughton-in-Furness from January 26th to 28th 2012 - a rib-tickling pantomime for all the family. Sherwood Forest is feeling the pinch what with the recession and heavy taxes so Robin Hood and his band of merry men must rob from the rich to help the poor. They'd get away with it too if it wasn't for the pesky Sheriff of Nottingham who spoils their plans with cabbages aplenty.  Not to worry though because help is on its way from an unlikely source...
