Popular comedy folk band the Houghton Weavers are performing again in Staveley Village Hall for 'A Day of Words & Songs' presented by folk entertainer Jacqui McDonald. The entertainment will also feature Hughie Jones, formerly of the Spinners, and Harvey Andrews.

Words Worth Writing takes place at 2pm in the Staveley Roundhouse when the artists will discuss their books. The concert takes place at 7:30pm.
