John Hallam & Spats Langham at Kendal Jazz Club
Your Guide 2 Kendal & the Lake District
Two of Kendal Jazz Club's most well-received performers in 2009, John Hallam and 'Spats' Langham, make a welcome joint retum to Hawkshead Brewery.
John Hallam is a versatile musician who plays Alto, Tenor and Baritone Saxophones, Clarinets and Flute. John’s innovative and sensitive playing has made him a firm favourite with audiences on the jazz scene.
"...an individual style characterised by an airy swing, a lyrical approach to improvising,an unflagging dynamism and prevailing good taste."
Chris Lee - Manchester Evening News.
'Spats' Langham plays
guitar and banjo and provides some authentic period vocals.
