kings_arms_exterior1.jpgThe Kings Arms bar and restaurant is situated in the centre of historic Cartmel, near Grange-over-Sands. An eighteenth century Coaching Inn, the recently-refurbished Kings Arms overlooks the tranquil River Eea and is near the beautiful twelfth century Cartmel Priory.

All their food is locally-sourced and cooked to order and the Kings Arms offers a good selection of real ales. Dogs are always welcome in the bar and snug areas.

When it's cold outside, you can keep warm by the fire while in summer you and your family can enjoy their outdoor seating area.

Food At The King's Arms, Cartmel

kings_arms_restaurant.jpgAll food at the Kings Arms at Cartmel is cooked to order using fresh produce which is locally-sourced. Meat and game is supplied by local farmers from the Cartmel area, along with local producers of milk, cheese and other dairy products.

Menus are regularly
changed to reflect the seasonal produce that's available and it's always worth trying one of the Kings Arms' Daily Specials. Many have proved so popular that they have been included in their regular menu.

Food is served ALL DAY, 7 days a week from 12.00pm - 9:00pm. The Kings Arms' superb Sunday Menu with Cartmel Fell Roast Beef, is available from £8.50. Mid-week supper club menus allow you to select from one of their chefs' special main courses for just £8.95 which includes an 125ml glass of wine or a pint of Hawkshead bitter or Lakeland lager. A soft drink option is available.

The traditional pub near Grange-over-Sands also serves Illy Coffee (the only Michelin two star brand) for the perfect Italian Espressos, Cappucinos and Lattes plus a wide range of fine teas.
