Description Sedbergh's Annual Bonfire & Firework Display Your Guide 2 Events in Kendal   Sedbergh's annual bonfire and firework display will feature competitions for pumpkins and turnip lanterns, beef burgers and hot dogs, Thai food, home made soups, quiches, pastries and cakes, mulled wine, pop tea & coffee.   Bonfire & Firework Display Timetable:                      •   6:30 pm - Gates open and lighting of bonfire                    •   7:00 pm - Pumpkins and turnip lanterns judging takes place                    •   7:30 pm - Massive firework display starts Fibre optic sparklers can be purchased on the site. In the interests of safety the organisers are not permitting fireworks or conventional sparklers to be brought to the event.
