Fine Dining in the Lake District & Cumbria
How do we define Fine Dining for Your Guide 2 the Lake District? Well, there are many Lake District eateries that aspire to fine dining - several of the pubs featured are highly recommended by food writers, including some having been given the title of 'Pub of the Year'. Obviously any restaurant that has a Michelin Star fits into the category. We decided, after much deliberation, that the minimum qualification to be included in the Fine Dining category was an AA Rosette.
