Simon Rogan's Michelin-starred restaurant, L'Enclume, has secured the top spot in the 2017 Good Food Guide. This is the fourth year running that the Cartmel eaterie has been rated number 1 by the Waitrose-owned guide, who described it as 'an unassuming location for an undoubted pinnacle of the new British cooking.'
