Halloween Events in the Lake District 2017

halloween_anim1.gifhalloween_anim2.gifDid you know that Halloween (or Hallowe'en) is an abbreviation of All Hallows’ Even (or evening), meaning the night before the holy day of All Hallows, or All Saints' Day as we now call it?

There's lots of Halloween-themed activities taking place in the Lake District and Cumbria in 2016, including fancy dress parades, spooky walks, train rides and lantern competitions.

With fancy dress, best decorated lantern, games and prizes - Children £2 (3 or under free), Adults £1

From lido to play park on the prom, Grange-over-Sands - 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Come and spot the pumpkins on the prom - all you need is warm clothing and a torch!
